Perks of real estate ownership in Turks & Caicos Islands is that there is no property tax, income tax, or capital gains tax. There is however, a stamp tax that is required on the sale of any property over $25,000. Stamp duty can range anywhere from 6.5% – 10% (in Providenciales). Property can be purchased by an individual or corporation.

The primary banks in Turks & Caicos Islands include: CIBC (First Caribbean International Bank), Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), and Scotia Bank.
